A decisive competitive BRAUN advantage is its own production and factory facilities at the company headquarters in Germany.

This includes an in-house development department. Individual products can also be realized quickly and just in time. The following production services can be provided at the factory and ordered individually:

CAD & Light Calculations. CAD and light calculations aid in finding the optimal solution for every lighting project;

SMT and Programming. PCB assembly provide high-quality components used in our products;

Retrofitting. Individual production and/or re-casting of mostly historical lamp parts for missing or worn parts;

Re-glazing. On request general overhaul of the luminaire glazing; repair of the luminaire housing with new glass or plastic cover, on request with a real glass or safety glass, optionally with plastic;

Surface treatment. Mechanical pre-treatment of the housing by sandblasting, paint stripping, and degreasing;

CNC & Sheet Metal Production. Metal workshop with high-performance equipment for the production of a wide range of individual metal parts or spare parts;

Mast Machining. The restoration of complete masts including cutting out an inspection flap.
