The Rodan Gas Pole-Top Lamp was developed by Berlin Anhaltische Maschinenbau AG (BAMAG) in the late 1920s for gas lighting. The surface-mounted luminaire with the former model designation BAMAG U7 was one of the most modern luminaires of its time in functional and design terms and later became a classic in luminaire design over the years.
This gas lamp provides excellent illumination with brilliant color rendering. The golden yellow lighting makes the surroundings appear natural and alive. The lamp is very easy to maintain due to the hinged roof and a hinged glass bell.
Its rotationally symmetrical light distribution makes the Rodan gas pole-top lamp ideal for illuminating squares, streets, residential areas, parks, and driveways.
